Because insurance policies and benefits vary greatly, we recommend that you provide the Claudia Black Young Adult Center with the patient’s insurance information prior to arrival on campus, so that our staff can obtain a quote for coverage. Your insurance carrier or managed care company will ultimately determine the suitability of care based on your presenting issue(s) and may certify a portion of a patient’s stay.

The Claudia Black Young Adult Center is in-network with Multiplan, Sana Benefits, and TRICARE. We also have the ability to work with out-of-network providers. While we have no control over the outcome of insurance reviews, our highly trained staff will work hard to obtain the maximum benefits allowed by a patient’s carrier. Formal reviews do not guarantee payment by an insurance carrier upon final billing.
