Only authorized employees, agents, and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information. The Meadows is hosted on a private cloud service. The Meadows maintains your data for an indefinite period depending on whether you opt into treatment services, if you require a follow up later, or if you become a member of our alumni association. We take extra steps to shift this data from our public websites to internal servers at set intervals for added privacy.
